Salt has a HOT opportunity and has partnered with a leading organisation who are keeping New Zealand homes warm and toasty. As we head into the cooler season, they are looking for temporary support who will be part of the customer experience team.

About the Role

· 3 Month Temporary Assignment starting ASAP

· $30 per hour + 8% holiday pay

· Based on-site in Mangere, Mon – Fri 830am to 430pm

Working as part of a small team of 4, you will be responsible for processing sales orders that come in via email from merchants. On occasion, as no one wants to be left in the cold, you may have to contact customers on the phone if there is a query around pricing or approvals.

Day to Day

· Processing sales orders

· Liaising with merchants

· Responding to queries

About You:

· Experience in a similar role, processing sales orders is your expertise

· Ability to navigate systems to check stock levels and inventory

· Experience using ERP and CRM systems

· Reliable and Proactive

· Accuracy and Attention to detail
