My client is currently looking for a Branch Administration Manager for their Wiri branch.

As a highly successful national business my client runs a highly motivated and efficient team of administrators. As part of their ongoing success, they now need a new Manager to support, mentor and direct the team whilst continuing to build on the already positive culture.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administration Manager will be across the work of the team, have an in-depth understanding of the intricacies around their unique work and be able to act as the Branch Managers one stop shop for information from the team. Not your traditional Office Manager role, this position has more of a focus on leadership, support and positively engaging and supporting the team.

Key responsibilities include

  • Overseeing, coordinating all branch administrative and support functions
  • Develop and implement initiatives to support business processes
  • Provide input into branch operational strategies
  • Manager the operation cost across the branch and incurred expenses through common sense and financial awareness
  • Managing basic financial management (Head office manages all major Branch Financials)

As this is a leadership role you will be an experienced team leader or manager of people, understand how to get the most out of them whilst building a positive culture.

To be successful in the role it is essential you can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to interact with people
  • Demonstrable initiative and the confidence to make decisions
  • High personal work standards that will inspire those around you
  • Strong computer literacy with Microsoft suite of products
