A BIT ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE:

  • Confident with Employment Relation Issues and Performance Management
  • Provide advice, coordination, and support to the entire team
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Assisting with HR projects, planning, and internal procedures
  • Recruitment including on-boarding, inductions, and terminations
  • Ad hoc duties related to HR
  • Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
  • Understand NZ Employment Legislation
  • Available Immediately and can commit for to up to 8 months
