A BIT ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE:
- Confident with Employment Relation Issues and Performance Management
- Provide advice, coordination, and support to the entire team
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Assisting with HR projects, planning, and internal procedures
- Recruitment including on-boarding, inductions, and terminations
- Ad hoc duties related to HR
- Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
- Understand NZ Employment Legislation
- Available Immediately and can commit for to up to 8 months
