A BIT ABOUT YOU AND THE ROLE:

Confident with Employment Relation Issues and Performance Management
Provide advice, coordination, and support to the entire team
Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
Assisting with HR projects, planning, and internal procedures
Recruitment including on-boarding, inductions, and terminations
Ad hoc duties related to HR
Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role
Understand NZ Employment Legislation
Available Immediately and can commit for to up to 8 months
