Our client is a leader within the education industry who are seeking an experienced HR BP to work closely alongside the Exec team to manage core HR tasks, with an ER focus.

A great foot in the door for someone, with amazing opportunity to get internal exposure and work with some incredible leaders.

YOUR DAY (which will vary!):

  • Manage all employee relation issues
  • Drafting and preparation of appropriate letters and any other documentation required (ensuring all HR-related processes are followed)
  • Ensuring all HR records are up to date and accurate at all times
  • Supporting with writing job descriptions and organisational charts
  • This role will have a strong ER focus so someone that is capable on this front is key

WHO AM I / WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
