Our client is a leader within the education industry who are seeking an experienced HR BP to work closely alongside the Exec team to manage core HR tasks, with an ER focus.

YOUR DAY (which will vary!):
- Manage all employee relation issues
- Drafting and preparation of appropriate letters and any other documentation required (ensuring all HR-related processes are followed)
- Ensuring all HR records are up to date and accurate at all times
- Supporting with writing job descriptions and organisational charts
- This role will have a strong ER focus so someone that is capable on this front is key
