About the Organisation:

Our client is a respected Christian non-profit dedicated to transforming lives in some of the world’s most vulnerable communities.

On September 10th, 2025, they’re hosting their Annual Giving Day, where every donation will be multiplied fivefold by the New Zealand government. That means a $100 gift becomes $500-an incredible opportunity to amplify generosity.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced outbound call centre representative to help drive donations during this high-impact campaign. You’ll be reaching out to existing donors, inspiring them to give on the day when their contribution will go further than ever.

• Date: September 10th 2025
• Hours: 8am to 6pm
• Location: Rosedale, North Shore
• Pay: $28 per hour + 8% holiday pay

About you:

You’re a confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach and a knack for motivating others. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to handle high call volumes with professionalism and care

• Proven contact centre experience, ideally in outbound sales or fundraising
• Exceptional verbal communication and listening skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow scripts and protocols
• A polite, respectful, and compassionate manner
