Working closely with the National Health and Safety Manager, your role purpose will be providing broad coordination support to programmes within the Health & Safety team. A role you can add value, playing an integral part, ensuring capability and agility of the teams continued delivery of business initiatives.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Calendar management
  • Supporting with weekly invoicing and reconciliation cycle
  • Travel bookings as required
  • Helping with memo’s and any project documents when required
  • Supporting with required health & safety reporting (gathering information from required channels, facilitating relevant information)
  • HR administration of new starters
  • Minute taking
