ABOUT THE ROLE – What Makes This Role Special

You will manage the coordination of national pilot projects, build structure into a fast-paced programme, and create systems that help a small, high-performing team deliver measurable impact. You’ll be hands-on, trusted, and exposed to every layer of a purpose-led initiative.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate 4-5 pilot projects with external consultants, ensuring time-lines, deliverables, and reporting are on track
  • Build and manage project plans in Monday.com, helping the team stay aligned and accountable
  • Maintain and improve CRM and community data systems to support engagement and reporting
  • Support the delivery of reporting dashboards and funder updates, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Assist with website updates and logistics for events, including strategy launches and stakeholder meetings
  • Provide administration and operational support to the wider team as needed

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in project coordination or operations roles
  • Confident using Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel (basic to intermediate)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think logically and methodically
  • Excellent written communication skills, including reporting and documentation
