Our valued public sector client is looking for a meticulous administrator to assist with the delivery of an important government publication. If you have exceptional Microsoft Word skills and a methodical approach to managing workflow, this could be the perfect temporary role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Format and finalise publication documents in Microsoft Word
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to guidelines
  • Work to tight deadlines to ensure publications are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Full-time on-site, 5 days per week for a period of 5-6 weeks.

About you:

This is a great opportunity to apply your perfectionist streak to a meaningful body of work. Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in communications, marketing, proofreading or reporting (desirable)
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills – formatting, tables, templates, and styles
  • A keen eye for detail – nothing gets past you
  • The ability to work methodically and systematically
  • A proactive approach to meeting deadlines
