• A good understanding of New Zealand and Australia employment legislation
• Some understanding of payroll
• Ability to implement performance management
• Tech Recruitment experience
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and support the team
• Enjoy working in a flat management structure
• Lead and inspire 3 staff
• Have a learning mindset
