CRM Digital Services Manager

We are working with a global premium brand who are seeking an exceptionally talented individual who lives and breathes all things digital sharing this knowledge with Sales, Marketing and Technology stakeholders . You will understand digital as a channel and can guide and advise on best use of digital when it comes to CRM and driving engagement . This is a multifaceted contract opportunity will see you oversee marketing automation systems and their processes, including design, development and management, as well as contribute to established data-driven marketing practice throughout the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage several platforms
• Writing user stories, requirement gathering and convert non-technical information into functional requirements for developers
• Creating CRM campaigns for marketing department
• Assist with local and global digital projects
• Setting up reporting structures along with project status
• Manage relationships with vendors
• Provide solutions and ideas to ensure marketing campaigns and other local projects provide data for analysis
• New platform integration’s

What you’ll need:

• CRM Automation experience
• Highly efficient in Adobe Campaign Manager and Adobe Analytic
• Joomla and PHP experience/exposure
• MS Dynamics and MS project experience
• Excellent stakeholders engagement skills
• Availability to contract through to December 2019
