What is the most important thing in this world? It is people. In this role you will be surrounded by lots of young people and will support this next generation with all things marketing. As the new Marketing Director of this dynamic College you will play a key role in the implementation of the annual marketing, communications, community engagement and development plans. You will also work collaboratively to maintain control of the Marketing budget and prepare information for Board reports.

You will have one Digital Marketing Coordinator direct report and will report to the Headmaster. Your other internal relationships will include the Executive Team & Management, Marketing and Administration Team. This is a great role for a marketing all-rounder, covering digital marketing (website management, copy writing, creating content, comms, PR and events) and the development of various other marketing initiatives to support the wider teams to promote the business in each local market, to build the brand and improve student engagement.

What you will need:

• We are looking for a hands-on, creative and experienced marketeer who is very organised
• A great communicator and knows how to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Holds a relevant qualification
• You know your team well and understand their challenges, so you can come up with marketing ideas and strategic input to support them in their growth
• You are highly proficient in MS Office, and understand essential marketing tools like email automation (Dot digital), social media management (Hootsuite), design (Canva), CMS (WordPress), and project management tools.
