This role requires someone with a fresh eye, who understands the importance of a visual identity and can manage the stores to continually inspire and grow the customer base.

A strong understanding of the latest e-commerce global fashion trends, tech-savvy, analytical and also a great collaborator.

You will be reporting into the Head of Sales but also working alongside the marketing, creative and dispatch teams to drive the e-commerce sales strategy & manage online stores globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed online store sales targets
  • Ensure optimal website performance, identity and implement new opportunities, market trends & best practice
  • Manage online content, systems & store functionality
  • Research international online markets, sale trends and strategies
  • Generate & analyse daily/weekly/monthly sales, reporting from Google Analytics

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce at management level
  • Proven track record at meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working on e-Commerce platforms Shopify & Shopify +
  • Web development skills, must be able to identify & problem solve
  • Mac literate, experienced in Microsoft Office, Stock management systems (preferably Cin7)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management & ability to meet deadlines.
