Events Coordinator

It’s not often these roles arise where you get to wear multiple hats, working with an incredible Brand Manager based in Australia for one of the world’s leading brands within the automotive industry. You will have at least 3 years events experience and consider yourself a ‘jack-of-all-trades’. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Events Coordinator.

WHAT MY DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:

– Assist in the planning, management and execution of all internal, external and customer facing events (up to 10 per year)

– Maintain relationships with all external stakeholders (dealer network, agency partners, other suppliers)

– Responsible for management of agency briefs (from concept to implementation), ensuring all events are delivered

– 2 trips to Australia each year

I WILL BE:

– A confident and professional Events Coordinator

– A self starter

– An excellent communicator

– Able to meet deadlines, prioritise and work collaboratively with others over Teams
