Marketing Automation Specialist

With a new integrated marketing automation about to be implemented this organisation is looking for a Salesforce Marketing cloud expert.

Working closely with the Fundraising team, you will work collaboratively to develop and execute marketing and fundraising campaigns, and help implement the platform into the business.

You will be reporting into the Head of Sales but also working alongside the marketing, creative and dispatch teams to drive the e-commerce sales strategy & manage online stores globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the marketing automation implementation process
• Manage eDM campaigns for fundraising events, appeals & newsletters
• Build, manage and maintain reports within Marketing Cloud
• Analyse data to assist in implementation of Marketing Cloud
• Manage, optimise and report on content for Fundraising campaigns
