Check out this fantastic career opportunity for a senior customer-centric Sales Leader experienced in hardware/software or solutions/professional services sales space. My client is one of the most recognised global brands with over $150m revenue in NZ is looking for an Sales Executive to drive and strengthen the large enterprise capability across New Zealand and increase the company’s market share.

Reporting to the GM of Sales, the National Sales Manager Large Enterprises will be leading a team of 8 and working with customers encompassing the Deloitte Top 200 accounts with a specific focus on large CTI domain.

Your strategic focus will be on 3 key areas:

  • Leading and coaching a team to create a reliable and prosperous Large Enterprise focused sales capability and contribute to the development of diverse and inclusive corporate culture.
  • Generating new business and retaining existing customers by developing and implementing effective sales and retention strategies and providing innovative ideas for business growth.
  • Taking ownership of defining customer experience, focusing on loyalty, customers satisfaction and excellence of customer service.
  • To be successful, you need to bring with you:

    • 8-10 years of experience in strategic business development, sales, or account management leadership roles, including working on strategic projects or with key customers at large renown organisations.
    • Strong team leadership skills with coaching mindset to ensure the team is engaged, motivated, and supported at their work.
    • Experience in building high-performance sales teams.
    • Responsibility for P&L.
    • Excellent understanding of marketing and customer service areas with excellent negotiation skills.
    • High emotional intelligence.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions, establish clear work plans, and follow projects through to completion.
