We’re excited to continue our partnership with a global client to help them grow their business in New Zealand. This opportunity is based in one of their flagship stores, offering the chance to showcase your passion for leadership, performance, and variety in a fast-paced retail environment.

Your Role

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of the branch. You’ll lead a team of 8 – 10 sales professionals, ensuring best practice across all operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role will see you working closely with the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the sales team to exceed KPIs
• Drive engagement and performance through hands-on leadership
• Actively sell new products
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet branch targets
• Oversee all sales admin tasks with precision and structure
• Champion customer satisfaction using NPS feedback
• Step up in leadership when required, ensuring continuity and excellence

• Proven sales leadership experience
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Calmness under pressure and a humble, hands-on approach
• Ability to communicate and build deep relationships
• Intermediate Excel and Office 365 skills
• A passion for team development and operational excellence

The Details

• Location: Auckland Northshore
• Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 8am-5pm (flexibility required at month-end)
