Business Analyst – ServiceNow

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst – Contract – initial 6 months

• This is a contract role for a large agency that is looking to enhance its current HR function
• Looking to start ASAP
• Ideally would have worked on the implementation of ServiceNow for HR in a BA capacity

So, what are we after?

• Experience and knowledge working across ServiceNow is a must
• Understand the current state of ServiceNow and how they can enhance to future state
• Conduct process on existing know-how and assets including estimating time, effort, and complexity
• Solid in Stakeholder management
