Technical Lead / Business Analyst – Systematics Core Banking solution
Top-tier consultancy is looking for an experienced professional to join the Delivery Services team on a contract basis with one of their clients – large renown bank.
About the role/project:
· 1 year contract
· Auckland CBD location
You will be playing a key role in supporting the delivery of a core banking solution. Involved in the project initiation, liaising with business and technical stakeholders including vendors, developers and test analysts Tech Lead will define the scope and user requirements, interpret them to functional design specifications and ensure the successful delivery of the solution.
You will also help to transform a legacy environment both from an engineering culture, process and technology perspective through close collaboration with a legacy application team so they thrive in a devops environment.
Requirements:
- Banking/Finance industry experience is appreciated
- 3+ years of Senior Business Analyst or Tech Lead experience, working with Systematics core banking solution
- Strong Agile skills
- Experience in building and organising teams into autonomous self-sufficient agile teams and ability influence people to adopt the agile mindset and new ways of working.
- Systems integration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables
