We are looking for a tech savvy person to support the help desk. Our client based in East Tamaki requires a Level 2 IT Support person to start ASAP. This role will be until the end of December 2024. Are you someone who greets everyone with a smile and enjoys supporting with the smallest issue?
CORE DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Level 2 IT Support
- Manning the Help desk / support line
- Assisting with technical issues
- Supporting employees face to face or via phone
