Our client, a leader in product design and digital innovation, seeks an Asset Management Specialist to optimize creative asset workflows, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility across teams.

Role Overview

As the Asset Management Specialist, you will establish resilient asset management workflows that meet the evolving needs of diverse teams. This role involves working closely with cross-functional partners to organize digital assets, set up workflows, and oversee asset system integration to support project objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design workflows that align with design team needs and ensure seamless asset management.
• Establish taxonomies, file naming conventions, and folder structures.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on platform enhancements and integrations.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, report anomalies, and track resolutions.
• Facilitate data migration planning and user access permissions.
• Author training documentation and lead onboarding sessions.

Key Qualifications:

• 5-8 years’ experience managing digital assets and workflows, ideally in a high-volume production or creative environment.
• Proficiency in asset management software and workflows for media, design, and entertainment industries.
• Strong understanding of static/video file formats, metadata, and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, Asana).
• Experience with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Cinema 4D.
• Highly organized with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Expertise in both Mac and Windows environments.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills.
• Capable of seeing both detail and the big picture in complex projects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in media management, design, or a related field.
