Who We’re Seeking:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in advanced graphic design
• Advanced graphic design skills with high proficiency in design software/programs.
• Strong sense of art direction, applying brand principles for visual excellence, consistency, and governance.
• Ability to create illustrations, infographics, icons, and animations from scratch.
• Basic knowledge in HTML, video editing/creation, and other digital media (advantageous).
• Experience dealing with media agencies and suppliers for high-quality output and production.
• Able to work independently, interpret design briefs, co-create with business stakeholders, and proofread materials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand design and digital principles.
• Champion brand governance and consistency in assets complying with brand guidelines.
• Create engaging designs for marketing assets across various platforms (posters, brochures, digital displays, EDM, web and app banners, etc.).
• Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and develop assets to support brand awareness, partnerships, product launches, promotions, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate and liaise with internal functions and external vendors to deliver quality output.
• Provide support, advice, and suggestions to enhance pitch materials’ visual impact in storytelling.
• Produce, video edit, and/or film content to support business needs.
• Uphold branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all artworks.
• Provide art direction for internal functions and external vendors.
