Who We’re Seeking:
A recognized Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Management or relevant professional qualifications (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in managing a contact centre.
Keen interest in stockbroking and financial investments.
Customer-focused with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and great team spirit.

Your Responsibilities:
Leadership Excellence: Assist the Head of Customer Service in leading a team of customer service specialists, ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.
Process Improvement: Contribute to business process improvement, identifying and implementing strategies for continuous enhancement.
Operational Direction: Direct daily operations, plan, prioritize, and delegate work tasks for seamless department functioning.
Team Management: Physically manage the Kuala Lumpur team and remotely manage the Sydney team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Policy Implementation: Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards.
Service Quality: Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards for retail, wholesale, and white-label clients.
