Who We’re Seeking:

  • Service Quality: Ensure achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels, identifying and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including white-label partners, for collaborative service enhancements.
  • Talent Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop customer service specialists, implementing personal development plans for staff retention and career progression.
