CX Specialist

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a major transformation program on a high-impact global product that hasn’t been redesigned in over 20 years. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the experience of thousands of users around the world.

You’ll be the voice of the customer, uncovering insights that directly inform design decisions and ensuring the solutions delivered truly meet user needs.

What you’ll be doing

• Understanding user needs, behaviours, pain points, and current experiences
• Designing and conducting interviews, workshops, focus groups, surveys, and user testing
• Leading solution design workshops with cross-functional teams
• Informing design direction and handing over to designers
• Testing solutions and recommending improvements
• Advocating for customers across all program capabilities

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in customer or user experience research and design
• Skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Confident in facilitating workshops and engaging diverse customer groups
• Ability to work at pace and manage complex challenges
• Some design capability desirable, but not essential
