You’ll join a large financial services organisation based in Melbourne’s CBD, on a 6 month day rate contract.
This mature design department is structured like a design agency, you’ll join a close-knit design community with regular opportunities to collaborate, including design jams & workshops.
This supportive team value innovation, customer research and inclusive, accessible design. The role is fully remote.
The Role:
Work in a multi-disciplinary team tasked with providing an easy-to-use, cloud-based, self-service platform for all merchant customers and staff, with a go-to-market target of Q2 2022.
You’ll research and design the customer experience for its release into market. Customers will benefit from less time to transact, easier management workflows, fewer overheads, tighter integration with other products & services.
The role will be CX-focused, but candidates with UX knowledge/background would be preferred.
This is a Senior position – you’ll have worked in a similar capacity recently as a CX specialist or Service Designer and will have the necessary experience to understand, influence and advise stakeholders.
Deliverables:
Customer journey maps, service design blueprints, CX strategy for platform connectivity, customer research and testing of solution design to inform future roadmap.
