Marketing Event Executive

Salt Search has partnered with a fast-growing, global, and award-winning agency that delivers full-funnel campaigns for some of the world’s most exciting B2B tech and innovation-driven brands.

This role is exciting for someone early in their career, as you would be the first Marketing Account Executive in Sydney. Backed by a supportive manager who’s committed to your growth, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the team locally while gaining hands-on experience across campaigns that influence how leading tech brands engage their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

– Client Relationship Management

• Act as the day-to-day contact for client queries and updates
• Attend meetings, share progress, and help shape campaigns around client objectives

– Planning & Project Management

• Support strategy and client teams in developing and executing tailored campaigns
• Track deliverables, monitor industry trends, and prepare reports and presentations

– Event Management

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including venues, speakers, and design briefs
• Oversee smooth delivery on the day and travel as needed to support events

– Account & Financial Management

• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Track budgets, provide updates, and assist with proposals and pitches for new business

Skills & Experience Required

• 1-2 years’ experience in marketing or client services, ideally B2B
• Exposure to campaign coordination and event management
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Proactive, solution-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment
