About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a high performing Business Development Manager to join our clients expanding team in the Canberra region. You’ll be selling essential HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions to SMEs (5-50 employees).

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business through self-sourced leads and appointments booked by your telemarketing partner.

· Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations to business owners and decision-makers.

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and referral partners.

· Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets in a high energy, high reward environment.

· Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and passion.

What You Bring:

· 2+ years of B2B sales or new business development experience.

· Confidence in value based, consultative selling.

· Resilience and drive in cold calling and prospecting.

· Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders; from business owners to HR managers.

· A strong network and a hunger to grow it further.
