Rate: $44.5 per hour | 38 hours per week

Renowned for its scale, innovation, and advanced AI-driven technology, we have partnered with a business that is a global household brand in technology to recruit a Sales Growth Executive for an asap start!

The role of the Sales Growth Executive is ideal for someone who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with experience in Account Management or Relationship Management to join the team focused on customer engagement. In this role you will be making outbound calls, introducing services, and creating new opportunities for the business. Every interaction you have sets the tone for long-term relationships and future growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct structured outbound calls with customers and candidates.
  • Engage customers to test value propositions, collect feedback, and encourage conversions.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Provide real-time feedback to internal teams, supporting product and strategy decisions.
  • Participate in experiment design, brainstorm sessions, and continuous iteration.
  • Summarise insights and produce actionable reports.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience (approx. 4-5 years) in outbound sales, customer success, account management or relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and overcome objections.
  • A natural relationship-builder with genuine curiosity about customers.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where priorities may shift quickly.
  • Tech-savvy and confident navigating multiple systems and tools.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance research and sales objectives.

Challenges You’ll Navigate

  • Engaging customers in discussions about products that don’t yet exist.
  • Managing shifting priorities and direction within a growth-focused team.
  • Balancing authentic research with sales tactics to gain valuable feedback.
  • Operating in an iterative product development environment.
