Audit Manager – Cyber Security

We’re looking for an experienced Audit Manager to lead cyber security and technology-focused audits within a high-performing internal audit function. You’ll manage a small portfolio of concurrent audits, mentor a team of professionals, and play a key role in identifying and improving technology risk controls across a modern, complex IT environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of audit professionals
• Manage 3-5 concurrent technology audits aligned to the annual audit plan
• Provide expert guidance on cloud, microservices, APIs, CI/CD and modern application controls
• Resolve delivery issues, provide scoping input and ensure audit quality
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology and Risk
• Support annual and dynamic planning across the audit function
• Oversee issue closure verification and ensure robust documentation

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in Technology Audit, Risk Management or Assurance
• Deep knowledge of IT risks and controls across infrastructure and applications
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with people leader experience
• Hands-on experience with cloud (AWS/Azure), DevSecOps, microservices and modern tech stacks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• One or more of the following:
  CISA, CISSP, CISM, AWS Security Specialty, Microsoft Security Associate, OSCP, GCIH, CCSP
