This opportunity involves working cross functionally with key stakeholders to effectively, reliably, and efficiently, deliver solutions in accordance with business needs, joining a NSW State Government Department.

Role and Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to plan, gather requirements, design and implement solutions.
Analyse and consolidate information to construct business cases to support realisation of business objectives on the Salesforce platform.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to recognise and ascertain how changing business requirements can be delivered and supported with existing solutions.
Configuration and troubleshooting to meet business needs, and resolve any issues on the Salesforce platform.
Execute the deployment process for releases of new functionality on the Salesforce platform

Key skills and experience:

Salesforce Functional Analyst with Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Hands-on experience with Conga and Form Titan.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is highly desirable.

You must have full Australian working rights and be a resident of NSW to be eligible for this position.
