The Company
Salt is excited to have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Financial Services organisations based in Melbourne CBD, who is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their high-performing Engineering teams on a permanent basis.
The Role
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining one of our Financial Services client’s established Engineering teams, where you’ll be working within a multi-cloud environment, and will be heavily involved in building and maintaining the automation & DevOps infrastructure.
Key Skills and Competencies:
The successful Senior DevOps Engineer should have the following skill set;
- Experience as a DevOps Engineer, including Automation experience
- Extensive experience working with Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, BitBucket, Git, AWS, Spring Boot, Artifactory)
- Hands on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Strong knowledge of various Databases (AWS RDS, Dynamo DB, Mongo DB MySQL, SQL)
- Demonstrated experience in configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Understanding of various scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Java)
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
