The Opportunity:

As a Digital Sales Recruitment Consultant specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals across a diverse range of disciplines. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our digital sales division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for digital sales roles, from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the digital sales sector.
  • Proactively source and identify candidates utilising a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and our internal database.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity within the digital sales landscape.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years experience with a proven track record of success working as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on both contract and permanent roles
  • An understanding of the recruitment industry and knowledge within the digital sales landscape is beneficial but not essential. Previous experience recruiting roles in the technology, saas or media sales and digital landscape would be very helpful.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development acumen and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Data driven with excellent sourcing and candidate generation skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • A passion for people and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
