The Opportunity:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Project Services, you will be instrumental in sourcing and placing highly skilled professionals across a diverse range of project-related disciplines. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our Project Services division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Project Services roles, from initial brief to offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients within the Project Services sector.
• Proactively source and identify candidates utilising a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and our internal database.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market insights, and competitor activity within the Project Services landscape.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years experience with a proven track record of success working as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on both contract and permanent roles
• An understanding of the Project Services landscape is beneficial but not essential. Previous experience recruiting roles in the technology and digital landscape would be very helpful.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business development acumen and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Data driven with excellent sourcing and candidate generation skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
• A passion for people and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
