I am partnered with an international PR agency that specialises in the luxury industry, working with of the world’s most well know clients from hotels, resorts, restaurants, and consumer brands. They are on the hunt for several experts to join the team in Paris including Account Executive, Account Manager and Account Director.

The successful candidate will be working with some world leading clients in the hospitality space. Critical elements of the role include day-to-day client management, strategic planning and advice to clients, and working with the team on project implementation, PR development, and delivering results. Working closely with PR and Media contacts and continuously building your network. Also supporting the business in in driving new business to the firm.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and review key client deliverables (i.e. messaging, branding, executive coaching, communications/marketing plans, strategy documents)
• Assume creative and strategic direction and oversight on all account assignments.
• Develop strategic communication programmes.
• Contact the client regularly to ensure the client is satisfied with account activity.
• Develop client’s PR guides and support company directors with press releases and media plans.
• Media training for clients -preparation for interviews and discussion of interview strategy.
• Work with clients to assess issues, develop recommendations, and implement business improvement processes.
• Work with clients to identify potential alliances and partnerships.

Key requirements:

• University degree or college diploma in communications or related field
• 4+ years public relations experience ideally within an agency.
• Specialised industry knowledge or experience in hospitality.
• Solid presentation skills, including the ability to communicate and sell ideas to new prospects.
• Demonstrable evidence in leadership skills and sales ability.
• Possess an established network of senior industry and media contacts.
• Strong project management and strategy implementation experience.
