This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a Junior Software Engineer, to come join an elite software firm building the next generation of ETL software.
They originally were founded by a very experienced CTO who recognised the available solutions for building data pipelines required monumental engineering resources to implement, maintain, and scale.
They are now launching an office in London, building a top class software engineering team to help build the infrastructure that modern data teams depend on to create and operate their data warehouse
This is a Junior Software Engineer role where you will work closely with the CTO who is a true expert in this field, coming up with novel ideas on how to make complex technology user-friendly, and then turn those ideas into software.
They are looking for someone who has:
- A Computer Science or related degree
- 1-2 years experience coding with Java – bonus points for experience with Cascading, Docker, AWS or big data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, Flink
- A desire to be in the office and work in a collaborative fashion – as they’re operating in a start-up environment in their new London office, the CTO wants to see you daily to up-skill you!
The salary for this Junior Software Engineer role is industry leading – £71,000 to £91,103 + unlimited holiday + daily free lunches.
