PAM (Privileged Access Management) Product Support – CyberArk – Freelance Contract – Brussels

IDAM Operations

The IDAM Operation function is responsible for the day-to-day running of the core IDAM services.

Predominantly this covers run activity (both first as well as second line activity) performed on CyberArk (for privileged access), SailPoint (for logical access) and ServiceNow (for general ITSM) but other cross-technology functions fall under Operations’ remit too.

The Operations function liaises with all other IDAM functions, as well as with non-IDAM functions.

Within our IDAM Operations stream, we are looking to hire a CyberArk operator to join our PAM Product Support team.

In this role you will assist in/contribute to:

• managing the production CyberArk infrastructure
• acting as 2nd line support for our CyberArk products
• patching of CyberArk infrastructure and its components
• managing vulnerabilities
• In a later stage possibly performing support outside business hours as watch duty

In this role you will bring:

• Working experience between 3 – 5 year with at least 2-3 years within the Privileged Access domain
• Knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP (this is considered a must).
• Proficient knowledge of CyberArk and knowledge of the different components.(PVWA, Vaults, CPM, PSM, AAM)
• Experience in managing incidents & problems
• Experience with change & release management
• Experience with SailPoint, Network infrastructure & Azure AD (considered as a plus)
• Experience in using tools as ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Teams and MS Office suite
• Experience in Agile methodology (considered as a plus)
• Motivation, autonomy and a team player spirit
