Project Manager with Testing Experience – Banking Client – Brussels

Duration: 12 months

Rate: €600 – €700 euros per day

Hybrid Working Solution: 2 days onsite in Brussels per month

Key Point: ****10 years as a Project Manager / 5 years working within Testing***

Your main tasks

• Animate workshops on various transformation initiatives, summarize outcomes.
• Get buy-in from different stakeholders.
• Present changes to management with arguments/benefits and cost.
• Define mutation strategy & steps.
• Federate people for the transformation.
• Help implementing the change with New operating model if needed.
• Suggest areas where transformation could increase performance of testing.
• Provide guidance and support on new process.
• Suggest, lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be an active member of the testing community.

You have:

• At least 10 years of experience as a project leader, and at least 5 years working with Testing (or practicing testing activities) in IT.
• Strong analytical mind-set with the ability to extract relevant information from documentation, system data, clients and colleagues and analyze the gathered information.
• Several years of experience working in an agile environment; Waterfall experience is an asset.
• Experience of budget estimation, project planning, project follow-up and reporting.
• A good technical IT background, e.g., knowledge and understanding of distributed technologies as well as communication media (MQ, file transfer, …).
• An experience with the risk-based approach
• Experience working with tools such as ALM, TFS or ServiceNow.
• A concrete experience with test environments implementation or management (multi-technologies).
• A testing experience in a complex architecture context.
• An ISTQB certificate.
• Experience with offshoring is an asset.
• An experience in non-functional testing, based on ISO/IEC 9126 is an asset.
• Experience in test automation implementation and usage is an asset.
• An experience in the banking sector is an asset.
