Senior React Developer – FinTech for Good – London

Salt are recruiting for a Senior React Developer on behalf of a rapidly expanding London FinTech – they’ve grown from 300 > 700+ in the last 2 years alone, signing a new business every seven minutes, featuring high up on Great Places To Work and Best Workplaces for Tech awards. 🏆

They’ve built a world-leading pension technology platform with over £2BN in assets , that is transforming retirement, savings & financial well-being across all generations around the world. 💴

Their software development team is 150+ strong across Europe, and over half of that is based in their awesome office opposite Hyde Park in London. ☀️

You’ll join a team of 8-10, playing a key part in delivering small and large projects ranging from boosting user engagement to full new user journey building with a CMS – as well as mentoring junior developers, working in a truly collaborative environment. You’ll also have an experienced Engineering Manager to help mentor you as well.

You’ll be working with modern technologies too – React, Typescript, GraphQL, React Native.

They also work with AWS, Github, Semaphore CI, Datadog, Docker, Kubernetes and have a strong engineering culture when it comes to DevOps, Agile, TDD and DDD.

They have amazing offices in London, so would like to see you absolute max 3 times per month (may not be as much as this)

They are paying from £90,000 to £100,000 + 25 days holiday (plus bank) + 5% pension + £500 training budget + health insurance + death in service x4 + enhanced maternity/paternity + season ticket loans + cycle2work scheme.
