In this role, you will be responsible for driving partner readiness by conducting training engagements and meeting targets and key performance indicators established by the Core team. Achieving a target of organizing 15 events per Calendar Quarter with a minimum of 150 attendees per CAT is a crucial aspect of this position. Each training session should include a dedicated “How to register on ExpertZone” slide to foster growth in the ExpertZone platform. Attendance at mandatory monthly WorldWide CMT meetings with active camera participation is required, as well as participation in quarterly WW CMT Essential Skills Development Calls. Additionally, you will attend 1:1 quarterly meetings between CMT and GMT if requested, addressing market needs. Leveraging GMT resources with input for training and other activities is expected, and the submission of quarterly pitch videos focusing on assigned LOB or localized market content is optional. Completing specific accreditations, staying current on annual accreditations, and submitting LOB-specific stories monthly are integral components. Regular participation in Global Train the Trainer events, timely uploading of event details into Commercial Event Management (CEM) tool, and completion of the quarterly CAT survey are essential. Semi-annual reporting from leads and attendance at Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) are required, along with reviewing KSI areas in QBR involving Core team and market attendees. Monthly submissions of partner additions for ExpertZone and CEM Tool may be needed.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (spoken and written) for compatibility with Microsoft Global content. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, is crucial, along with intermediate-level proficiency in additional Office applications (Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.). A minimum of 1 year of training/enablement experience, preferably in business-to-business technology sales and/or IT, is required. Experience and demonstrable ability to present in front of live audiences, both in-person and virtually, are essential skills.
