We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who’s culturally in-tune, strategically minded, and passionate about digital content. This person will play a key role in driving engagement, awareness, and community growth across the company’s owned channels helping shape its public voice at the intersection of AI, creativity, and culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Manage Content: Lead day-to-day social activity, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and emerging platforms, using AI tools to enhance creativity and storytelling.
* Shape the Narrative: Partner with marketing and product teams to turn complex ideas into sharp, compelling social content that resonates with creators, media companies, and executives alike.
* Stay Ahead of Trends: Track industry shifts, platform updates, and creator economy conversations to ensure the brand stays relevant and timely.
* Engage the Community: Build meaningful connections with creators, partners, and followers through thoughtful interactions, comments, DMs, and beyond.
* Analyze & Optimize: Report on growth, engagement, and performance metrics to inform ongoing strategy and creative improvements.
* Support Campaigns: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and brand affinity.

What They Are Looking For

* 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands, ideally within tech, AI, or the creator economy.
* Proven track record growing brand channels, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
* Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, particularly for short-form content.
* Strong understanding of creator trends, emerging platforms, and audience behaviors.
* Experience with scheduling, analytics, and listening tools (e.g., Later, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite).
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a dynamic, fast-moving team.
* Bonus: Basic design skills (Canva, Figma) or light video editing abilities.
