Our client, a start-up with global backing, is looking for a digital marketing specialist to join their team.
This individual will play a crucial role in the overall success of the company when you:
● Own and craft our marketing strategy to establish brand awareness, anchor our thought leadership in the industry and make marketing a key pilot of our growth
● Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
● Continuously analyze consumer behavior, determine customer personas and identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
● Coordinate with product, sales and operations to ensure consistency of efforts in our fast-paced environment, participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives
● Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs like leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement
● Define and monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns, recommend and prepare website and campaign optimizations
● Build-up network of experts, industry / press contacts and specialized service providers to efficiently manage channels, advertising and content creation; but also be hands-on when needed
● Research, implement and operate our MarTech stack to support our promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc)
Requirements and Experience:
● BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
● 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing, looking to become lead in mid-term
● Professional Certifications such as PCM, Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing 360, etc will be preferred
● Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns across digital & offline channels
● Outstanding knowledge of web analytics, Google Ads & LinkedIn
● Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
● Experience in building & evolving core marketing assets (e.g., website, landing pages, verticals, etc.)
● Solid knowledge of MarTech (e.g., G-Analytics, Hotjor, HubSpot, G-DataStudio)
● Experiencing in build-up and managing marketing agencies & partners
● Experience in working within SaaS industry or startups is a plus
● Excellent leadership and project management skills.
● Good oral and written communication skills.
● Strong analytical skills.
