Our client is looking for a QA Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will be reviewing, testing, and validating web pages and assets to uphold our standards for quality, accessibility, and user experience.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Proofread and edit digital content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity, identifying and correcting inconsistencies or errors.
* Test website functionality across multiple platforms, devices, and browsers, validating all page elements such as links, images, videos, and layouts.
* Identify, document, and report bugs, broken links, and user experience issues, collaborating with content creators, developers, and designers for resolution.
* Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for new website features, content updates, and campaigns.
* Ensure all published content complies with accessibility standards and internal policies.
* Track and monitor QA metrics such as defect rates, issue resolution times, and testing trends to support continuous improvement.
* Participate in project meetings to provide insights and feedback from a QA perspective.
* Maintain accurate QA documentation, including test results, issue logs, and process updates.
* Support the implementation and improvement of QA processes and best practices within the Dotcom team.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 1-2 years of experience in web content QA, digital quality assurance, or a similar role.
* Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager).
* Experience creating and executing test plans and cases for web content.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with project management and QA tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) is an asset.
* Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
