Our client is looking for a Web Publisher to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, publishing, and maintaining web content across the company’s digital platforms – ensuring all assets meet brand, accessibility, and quality standards. You will work closely with internal teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing website enhancements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Manage and publish content within the content management system (CMS), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
* Coordinate the intake, scheduling, and prioritization of web publishing requests from stakeholders, ensuring timely and organized delivery of updates and new content.
* Review, proofread, and edit content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and SEO best practices before publication.
* Perform ongoing quality assurance checks, including testing links, validating formatting, and troubleshooting display issues across devices and browsers.
* Ensure all web content complies with accessibility standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
* Maintain accurate documentation of publishing workflows.
* Monitor and archive outdated content, ensuring the website remains current and well-organized.
* Support translation and localization efforts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, as needed.
* Operate within established service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure requests are delivered promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years of experience in web content publishing or digital content management.
* Experience using project management tools such as Jira.
* Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing standards.
* Understanding of SEO principles and web accessibility standards.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Photoshop) is an asset.
