About the role:

They are looking for a high-energy, positive, and ambitious Account Executive to sell their products to construction businesses throughout North America. As an AE, you will be managing their SME business sales process from start to finish, and ensure their customers have the best experience. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. They are looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn and grow their career with the company, as they expand their market share and product offerings. This position offers growth opportunities internally and is ideal for a candidate looking for a long-term career in sales.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a variety of inbound requests from prospective clients (from qualifying to winning the deal).
* Drive and close business opportunities by selling the company’s products to SME accounts.
* Maintain a pipeline through prospecting, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a specified territory or account.
* Use data evaluation to create an individual sales plan, and accurately forecast results.
* Prepare standard quotations and proposal information as required.
* Coordinate and support internal teams and supporting technical resources.
* Build on an existing book of business through outbound sales efforts.

Requirements & Experience:

* 2+ years of sales experience (IoT, Tech, Construction or SaaS is an asset).
* Closing sales and moving customers through the sales cycle.
* Salesforce CRM or similar experience.
* Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
* Ability to multitask and handle various projects.
* Excited by a scale-up environment where results are expected, appreciated, and well rewarded.
* Ability to travel within Canada and USA when necessary.
