They are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their team.

* Based in Calgary or Edmonton, and happy with a hybrid work environment.
* Servant leadership, Agile (Scrum), SAFe.
* 8+ years of experience in the Scrum space.
* looking for a scrum master who can effectively coordinate and coach our software development teams.
* Aides and mentors, the Scrum Team on the most proficient method to utilize Agile practices and standards to convey high-quality products and services to our clients.
* Responsible for guaranteeing Scrum is understood, and the team holds to Scrum theory, exercise, and rules.
* Gets team to a high accomplishing level by identifying areas of strength and development and utilizing proper training and advancement procedures.
* Mentors the Scrum team.
* Contributes to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the association.
* 5 years of experience into the project and product development on an agile team or related work experience.
* Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts like user stories, backlog refinement, automated testing).
