Operation & Automation Officer

Our Fintech Client is seeking a young and detail-minded candidate to join its operation team:

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily back-office operation tasks like sending orders to product issuers, processing contract notes, redemption settlement distribution, transaction advice generation, fund prices and reporting rates handling, etc.
• Manage user setup, account opening, fund setup and maintenance, KYC, transfer order handling, etc.
• Liaise with IT team and external IT vendors to explore possibilities of workflow automation
• User acceptance test.
• Maintain and improve back-office operation flow

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• Interested in using tools to automate tasks on various platforms, including Windows
• Possess basic programming concept and experience in different programming languages (e.g. Python, Nodejs) is an advantage
• Self-motivated, hardworking, and work independent is must
• Good time management skill and able to work under pressure
• Good communication in Chinese and English
• Eager to learn and love to handle operation issues
• Fresh graduate is welcomed
