The Role:
As an integral part of our team, you will drive and implement the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision. You’ll actively engage with clients, foster constructive discussions, and contribute to both client and team growth. Collaborating closely with activation leads, you’ll delegate tasks effectively and promote a positive work culture. As the primary point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams, you’ll develop strong client relationships, attend meetings, and drive data-driven performance strategies. Additionally, managing priorities, workloads, and resource allocation will be crucial to meeting client deadlines and ensuring high-quality campaign outputs.
The Person:
With 7-10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a media agency setting, you exhibit strong leadership, a can-do spirit, and global business acumen. You’re eager to foster team and business growth, possess excellent client management skills, and excel in project management, problem-solving, and strategic planning. Fluency in Japanese and English. Additionally, you’re well-versed in various digital channels, results-oriented, and adept at nurturing junior talent.
