Client Services Manager – Marketing & Event Agency

The Client:

Our client is an award-winning marketing and event production house based in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have successfully executed flawless events for numerous prominent clients spanning various sectors, including luxury, property development, travel & hospitality, and government. They are now looking for a Client Services Manager to support on their growth in Hong Kong.

The Role:

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our customer base. Your expertise in client servicing and integrated marketing will be critical to critical in succeeding in this role.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients and help reactivate relationships with dormant clients. You will also leverage your integrated marketing experience to recommend effective strategies for events production through digital and offline medium. You will work closely with the CEO, project manager, and internal teams. You will also be leading and delivering compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our services and solutions.

The Person:

• 6-8 years of experience in events management, marketing and at least 3 years of sales/client servicing experience
• Solid knowledge in integrated marketing services
• Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
• Great presentation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
