The Job:
- To assist in the development and implementation of customer acquisition strategy, member engagement & communication strategy via online & offline channels, work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors/agencies
- Work closely with sales and operations to drive sales
- Produce marketing materials which are coherent with the brand language and personality
- Support in CRM database, marketing activities analytic, sales report to drive efficiency and optimize result
The Person:
- Degree holder
- 3-5 years of experience of CRM management and data analytics
- Experience using Hubspot and Chimpmail is advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skill and numerical sense
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
