The role:
– Develop and execute captivating D2C (Direct to Customer) digital strategies for an enriched e-marketing experience such as paid advertising and social media campaigns.
– Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to drive merchandising, operations, and customer relationship management.
– Utilize CRM data analysis and behavioral insights to optimize customer shopping journeys and enhance the online shopping experience.
– Monitor sales data, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer engagement.
– Provide regular reports on sales progress and adjust sales plans accordingly.
– Forge strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to unlock revenue potential.
– Lead the development and execution of engaging content strategies across digital platforms.
The Person:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
– 3-5 years of hands-on experience in D2C or B2C e-commerce.
– Previous exposure to luxury goods, jewelry, or watch retail brands is a plus.
– Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach for CRM management and analysis.
– Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
– Fluency in Cantonese, English, and written Traditional Chinese.
– Proven track record of leveraging social media for brand presence and user acquisitions.
– Proficiency in SEO, paid search, paid social, and social media marketing.
– Expertise in creating and managing P&Ls and operational KPIs.
