Event Producer – PR Agency (Luxury)

The Client:

Our client is a leading communications group specializing in comprehensive services across luxury lifestyle, arts & culture, tourism & hospitality, retail & property sectors.

The Role:

The Event Producer oversees the entire production, technical, and operational aspects of the events. This involves providing account servicing, managing project budget and timeline, and implementing creative, technical, and logistics elements. Moreover, this person ensures smooth execution of events, meeting project targets and fulfilling clients’ expectations while also considering the company’s profit margin. Communication is crucial in this role, as they will need to effectively convey and maintain priorities and deadlines for each project. On top of that, this person manages floor operations to ensure the event is executed according to plan. This entails coordinating with contractors, suppliers, partners, and handling all aspects of event logistics.

The Person:

• University degree in Event Management or Marketing is a plus
• 5 years of experience in the event or marketing field in the agency side, luxury sector a plus
• Pose enthusiasm and a proven track record in executing a wide variety of events and promotions
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
